The service is considered during Monday to Friday with a daytime working period of nine (09) hours. In case of extended hours, additional personnel hours will be billed according to Colombian Labor Law.

Criterios Cumplimiento Ambiente (Norma ISO 14001): Tecnomedida está comprometida con el medio ambiente y con la disminución de sus impactos, para ello, se aclara que la dispocisión de residuos se hará de acuerdo a los lineamientos dispuestos por el cliente y los puntos establecidos en el lugar de la prestación de servicio.

Condiciones de Servicio de Reparación:

- Diagnóstico: El diagnóstico de reparación tendrá un costo de 300.000,00COP, si el cliente confirma la cotización de reparación este costo será deducido en la facturación.

- Quotation: The diagnostic center evaluates equipment and provides a quotation with a validity period of 1 month. The quotation indicates whether the equipment can be repaired or not, the repair cost without VAT, and the delivery time. The repair/supply timeframe is an estimate and is communicated to the client for informational purposes. It may extend due to technical reasons related to the repair process and/or delays in the importation of required spare parts, without representing compensation for delay or cancellation of the order/PO.

- Confirmación de la cotización: Para proceder con la reparación/suministro de un equipo, se requiere recibir de manera previa un pedido/orden de compra y anticipo por parte del cliente confirmando el servicio relacionado en la cotización que le fue enviada.

- Todos los servicios son prestados y despachados en nuestro centro de reparaciones ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

- Entrega del equipo: El plazo de entrega del equipo reparado/suministrado, está indicado en días hábiles en la cotización generada, y se calcula a partir de la fecha de recepción del pedido/orden de compra emitida por el cliente.

- Repair Warranty: The repair warranty is for 6 months (parts and labor) from the date of equipment delivery. It is recommended that the client test/install the repaired/supplied equipment before the warranty expiration.

- Equipment Transport: The client is responsible for the shipment and collection of their equipment, whether for diagnosis, repair, or warranty. TECNOMEDIDA is not liable for any damage or loss caused by external companies providing freight/courier services.

- Liability Limits: The repair service is provided at TECNOMEDIDA's repair center in Bogotá and does not include installation, connection, configuration, parameter input, programming, or on-site commissioning of the equipment. The repair service does not include the calibration of the repaired measuring equipment. It also excludes reverse engineering, improvement engineering, or root cause analysis.
