PREMISES of Electrical Testing Services:

  • The activities will be carried out in a single trip. If an additional trip is required, this will be subject to a new quote.
  • The sites where the testing equipment will be used must be in suitable condition for this purpose. There must be no obstacles that interfere with the installation or entry of the equipment to the final testing site.
  • OHS Compliance Criteria (ISO45001 Standard): The PPE considered is: Dielectric helmet, dielectric boots, gloves, goggles, vest, overalls, or reflective jeans with a shirt.
  • In order to carry out the work within the estimated time frame, the client must guarantee entry permits and daily work permits.
  • The service is considered to be Monday through Friday with a daytime work schedule of nine (09) hours. If the workday is extended, the additional hours worked by the staff will be billed in accordance with the provisions of Colombian labor law.
  • Environmental Compliance Criteria (ISO 14001 Standard): Tecnomedida is committed to the environment and to reducing its impact. To this end, it is clarified that waste disposal will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines provided by the customer and the points established at the place where the service is provided.

Premises Laboratory Service and Equipment Rental Agreement

  • Diagnosis: The repair diagnosis will cost 500,000.00 COP + VAT. If the customer confirms the repair quote, this cost will be deducted from the final bill.
  • Quote: The repair center diagnoses the equipment and generates a quote that is valid for one month. The quote indicates whether or not the equipment can be repaired, the cost of the repair excluding VAT, and the delivery time. The repair/delivery time is an estimate and is communicated to the customer for informational purposes. It may be extended for technical reasons related to the repair process and/or delays in the importation of the required spare parts, and in no case will it give rise to compensation for delay or cancellation of the order/purchase order.
  • Confirmation of quote: In order to proceed with the repair/supply of equipment, we require a prior order/purchase order and advance payment from the customer confirming the service related to the quote that was sent to them.
  • All services are provided and dispatched from our repair center located in the city of Bogotá, D.C.
  • Equipment delivery: The delivery time for repaired/supplied equipment is indicated in business days in the generated quote and is calculated from the date of receipt of the order/purchase order issued by the customer.
  • Repair warranty: The repair warranty is valid for 6 months (parts and labor) from the date of delivery of the repaired/supplied equipment. Customers are advised to test/install the repaired/supplied equipment before the warranty expires.
  • Equipment transport: The customer will be responsible for shipping and collecting their equipment, whether for diagnosis, repair, or warranty purposes. TECNOMEDIDA will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by external companies offering freight/courier services.
  • Limits of liability: The repair service is provided at the TECNOMEDIDA repair center in Bogotá, and does not include installation, connection, configuration, parameter entry, programming, or on-site commissioning of the equipment. The repair service does not include calibration of the repaired measuring equipment. The repair service also does not include reverse engineering, improvement engineering, or root cause analysis.
